The Structure:
- The coaching is deployed live, online in 60-minute-maximum sessions.
- Frequency and cadence of session deployment is based on the participant’s schedule and preference, but typically biweekly. (Monthly may not be sufficient for progress; weekly may be too cumbersome for scheduling.)
- Management participation and appropriate attendees involved are at the client’s discretion.
- No long-term commitment is required, but involvement of at least six months is strongly suggested in order to realize progress.

3. Implement and coach
The coaching sessions are a safe, guided space for reflection and dialogue. We don't provide prescriptive, quick fixes but rather empower managers to find their own solutions by asking powerful, open-ended questions. They are then able to break down complex challenges into manageable steps.
4. Review and sustain growth
Regular check-ins ensure accountability and allow for adjustments as needed. We conduct formal reviews at planned intervals to discuss performance indicators, progress, and establish a blueprint for continued growth.
