  • Schedule:      The program will be deployed live online via once-per-week three-hour sessions on eight                                        successive Fridays, beginning on Friday, September   11,  2026 and  concluding on Friday,                                            October 30, 3026.
  • Time:                 The class sessions will run from 10:00 AM ET until 1:00 PM ET with a short break midway                                          through each session. The online link will open at 9:45 AM ET.
  • Structure:     Class size will be limited to allow for maximum participation. Participants should have a                                          private location to work in, with a reliable wifi connection, dedicated PC, laptop, or tablet,                                      with  webcam and microphone activated.
  • Delivery:       We will use the Zoom platform for program delivery and the secure link will be sent via email                               before the first class.

  • Materials:    The program includes a 25- page comprehensive analysis of the participant's leadership                                           behavior style with personalized development plan, and a 10-page Leadership Action Plan                                   tailored specifically to you. Pre-work will be assigned via email  prior to the first class along                                   with a digital workbook to be printed.
  • Fee:                   The registration fee is $795 per person, which includes the full eight-session program, the                                       workbook, the 25-page leadership behavior style analysis, and the 10-page tailored action                                     plan. Registration and payment  must be completed  by August 31, 2026.

This is a leadership development program for managers and supervisors at all levels to maximize employee performance, productivity, morale, and attitude. It includes facilitated content, participatory learning activities, case study analysis and discussion, and video-based discovery. The curriculum provides a leadership self-assessment, behavior analysis, statistical analysis of productivity, definition of the 16 vital concepts of leadership, practical strategies, and actionable tools.
